Hi! I'm Kate McCaughey - a Northern-based writer of poetry and prose.

As well as writing multiple pieces for Babystep Magazine, Proudly Blog and Take Care Zine, I am also an Editor and founder of Ergi Press in York, and See Through Zine.

When I'm not writing, I can usually be found persuading my friends to let me read their birth charts, staring into my dog's eyes hoping for requited love, and making plans to start drinking more water instead of tea (it'll never happen).
